Adriana

Adriana is one of the greatest forwards in the history of Brazilian women's football, part of the golden generation that placed the Brazilian National Team at the level of a world power in the first decade of the 2000s. Alongside Marta and Cristiane, she formed one of the most feared attacks in world women's football. She built the most significant phase of her career in Sweden, playing for Umeå IK, one of Europe's most successful clubs at the time, with whom she won national and continental titles, standing out as one of the main foreign strikers in Swedish football. For the Brazilian National Team, she played in four consecutive World Cups, with emphasis on the runner-up finish in 2007, when Brazil achieved its best historical campaign in the tournament, in addition to silver Olympic medals in Athens 2004 and Beijing 2008.
