Balde

Alejandro Balde is a Spanish left-back formed in FC Barcelona's youth categories, having passed through La Masia since childhood. He quickly stood out for his speed, offensive projection and marking ability, virtues that took him to the main squad while still very young. He made his professional debut for Barcelona Atletic and, subsequently, was promoted to the main squad of the Catalan club, where he became the absolute starter at left-back in just a few seasons, playing in La Liga and European competitions. For the Spanish national team, Balde was called up for youth competitions before moving up to the senior squad, being part of the Euro 2024 championship-winning squad, played in Germany. Considered one of the most promising left-backs in European football of his generation, he continues as an important piece in Barcelona's sporting project.
