André Gomes

André Gomes is a Portuguese midfielder known for his elegance in ball handling and game vision, formed in Benfica's youth categories. After standing out in Portugal, he transferred to Valencia and then to Barcelona in 2016. In 2018 he joined Everton, where he suffered a serious leg injury in 2019, but managed to recover and return to playing at a high level. Through the youth and senior categories of the Portuguese national team, he won the UEFA Nations League in 2019, being a key player in the Lusitanian midfield.
