Dean Huijsen

Dean Huijsen is a center-back born in Amsterdam, in the Netherlands, son of a Dutch father and a mother with Spanish and Argentine roots, which gave him eligibility for different national teams. Formed in Juventus's youth categories, he stood out for his height and quality in ball distribution. After loan spells, including at AS Roma, he established himself in English football at Bournemouth, where he had a run as a regular starter in the Premier League and caught the attention of major European clubs. In 2025, he was signed by Real Madrid, reinforcing the Spanish club's defense as one of the main defensive prospects in European football. Despite being eligible to represent the Netherlands, he chose to represent the Spanish national team, making his senior debut with the squad in 2025.
