Dudu

Born in Goiânia, Goiás, Dudu went through Atlético Goianiense's youth categories before moving to Cruzeiro, where he stayed between 2005 and 2011, making his professional debut in 2009. After a loan to Coritiba and a spell at Dynamo Kyiv, in Ukraine, the striker returned to Brazil and was signed by Palmeiras in January 2015, starting the most remarkable phase of his career. In almost ten years as a Palmeiras idol, Dudu played 462 matches, scored 88 goals and provided 97 assists, winning 12 titles, including two Copa Libertadores (2020 and 2021) and four Brazilian Championships. In December 2024 he left Palmeiras and returned to Cruzeiro, the club that discovered him, closing a cycle that began when he was a youth player in Minas Gerais.
