Eusébio

Eusébio, the Black Panther, is the greatest footballer in Portugal's history. Born in Mozambique, he joined Benfica in 1961 and became one of the most prolific and feared strikers in the world. Top scorer at the 1966 World Cup with 9 goals, he helped Portugal reach third place. He won the European Ballon d'Or in 1965. He died on January 5, 2014.
