Everton Ribeiro
Everton Ribeiro Pereira is one of the most complete midfielders of the Brazilian generation of the 2010s. A native of Caxias do Sul, in Rio Grande do Sul, he built his career with consistency and tactical intelligence, becoming a key player in Flamengo's greatest recent winning cycle. At Flamengo, where he played from 2017 to 2023, Everton Ribeiro became one of the main names in the club's recent history. He actively participated in the achievements of the Copa Libertadores in 2019 and 2022, the Brazilian Championship titles in 2019 and 2020, the Copa do Brasil in 2022 and the South American Recopa in 2020. His elegant style, with precise passes, sharp game vision and ability to create plays from the right midfield, made him an idol of the red-black supporters. In the Brazilian National Team, he accumulated more than 30 call-ups, representing Brazil in Copa América tournaments and in the qualifiers for the 2018 and 2022 World Cups. After his time at Flamengo, he played in Saudi football and returned to Brazil to play for Cruzeiro, a club with which he had also built good memories at the beginning of his career.
