Formiga
Miraildes Maciel Mota, known as Formiga, was born in Salvador, Bahia, and built one of the longest careers in world football, playing professionally for over three decades. She played for clubs in Brazil, Sweden, and the United States, being an important player in teams such as Saad, Umeå IK, and Paris Saint-Germain, as well as defending São Paulo in Brazilian women's football. For the Brazilian National Team, Formiga is the only player, among men and women, to compete in seven World Cup editions, a record achieved in 2019, and also won Olympic silver medals in 2004 and 2008. She ended her career in the National Team after the Tokyo 2021 Olympic Games, being recognized as one of the greatest references in Brazilian and world women's football.
