Giorgos Karagounis

Giorgos Karagounis was the captain and greatest player of the Greek national team, historically winning Euro 2004 — the biggest surprise in the history of European football. He played for Panathinaikos, Internazionale, Benfica and Fulham, among other clubs. He is the all-time caps record holder for the Greek national team and a national symbol.
