Guillermo Stábile was the first top scorer in World Cup history, scoring 8 goals in just 4 matches at the 1930 World Cup in Uruguay. Despite being a substitute at the beginning of the tournament, he won the starting position and entered football history. As a coach, he led Argentina for 19 years.
