Ilkay Gundogan

Ilkay Gundogan is a German midfielder of Turkish origin, recognized for his game vision and ability to organize in midfield throughout more than a decade at the highest level. He started his career in German football with 1. FC Nuremberg and Borussia Dortmund, where he already demonstrated refined technical quality, before transferring to Manchester City in 2016. At City, he became a fundamental piece under Pep Guardiola's command, serving as team captain and winning multiple Premier League titles, in addition to lifting the Champions League in 2023.
