Saviola
Known as 'El Conejo', Javier Saviola stood out from a young age in the youth categories of River Plate, where he made his professional debut at 16 years old and quickly became one of the most promising strikers in South America. In 2001, he was signed by Barcelona, where he had impressive spells interspersed with loans to Monaco and Sevilla. Despite his technical quality, he faced strong competition in the Catalan attack, but nonetheless remained a relevant goalscorer for the club during his years in Spain. He also played for Real Madrid, Benfica, and Málaga before returning to River Plate, the club that revealed him, to end his career in 2015.
