Luciano Juba
Luciano Juba is a Brazilian left-back who became one of Bahia's highlights under Rogério Ceni, being called up to the Brazilian National Team for the first time in November 2025. Developed in the youth categories of Sport Recife from 2018 onwards, Juba began his career as a left-back, but was converted to left winger/midfielder during the 2019 season, still at the Pernambuco club, where he made his professional debut in 2020. After a loan spell at Confiança, he joined Bahia in 2023, signed without a transfer fee. Under Rogério Ceni's command, he returned to left-back and, in 2024 and 2025, established himself in the position, accumulating direct participation in several goals for the Bahia club. In November 2025, he was called up by Carlo Ancelotti for the Brazilian National Team's friendly matches against Senegal and Tunisia, one of the newcomers on the list, praised by the coach for his technical profile and ability to play inside.
