Lucy Bronze

Lucy Bronze is an English right-back regarded as one of the greatest defenders in women's football history, recognized for her combination of physical strength, offensive capability and on-field leadership. She played for Sunderland, Everton, Liverpool and Manchester City before joining Olympique Lyonnais, where she was part of one of the most successful squads in European football, winning multiple UEFA Women's Champions League titles. After a spell at Barcelona, she returned to England to join Chelsea. With the England national team, she was instrumental in the historic victory at Euro 2022 at home and in the runners-up finish at the 2023 FIFA Women's World Cup, being named UEFA Women's Player of the Year in a certain season for her consistency at right-back.
