Diego Maradona is widely considered one of the greatest football players of all time, famous for his extraordinary skill and charismatic leadership. Born in Lanús, Buenos Aires, he rose from a slum to become Argentina's greatest idol. His goal against England in 1986, called 'The Goal of the Century', is recognized as the best goal in football history. He led Napoli to two Italian Championship titles and Argentina to the world title in 1986. He passed away on November 25, 2020.
