Marco Tardelli

Marco Tardelli is a former Italian midfielder eternalized by the goal and the historic celebration in the final of the 1982 World Cup, contested against West Germany. Formed through the youth categories, he stood out mainly for Juventus, where he won multiple national titles and the European Cup in 1985, a year marked by the Heysel tragedy. After retiring, Tardelli remained in football as a coach, managing clubs in Italy and abroad, including a spell with the Egyptian national team.
