Ole Gunnar Solskjær was born in Kristiansund, Norway, and established himself as a striker for Manchester United, where he played from 1996 to 2007. His most famous moment was the 1998-99 Champions League final, when he scored the winning goal in a 2-1 victory over Bayern Munich in injury time. For United, he scored 126 goals in 366 matches and won six Premier League titles. For the Norwegian national team he made 67 appearances and scored 23 goals. After retiring, he became a coach: he managed Molde and later Manchester United, from December 2018 to November 2021.
