Pat Jennings
Pat Jennings is considered one of the greatest goalkeepers in British football history, with remarkable longevity that led him to compete in a World Cup at 37 years old. He started his career at Watford before transferring to Tottenham Hotspur, where he established himself as one of England's best goalkeepers. In 1977 he moved to rival Arsenal, surprising English football, and remained an undisputed starter for more than a decade. For Northern Ireland, he was the most capped player in the country's history at that time, with 119 appearances, and competed in the 1982 World Cup, in which the Northern Irish team surprised by eliminating host Spain in the first phase.
