Paulo Sergio

Paulo Sergio was a Brazilian striker who stood out for his speed and goal-scoring instinct, starting his career at Corinthians before transferring to European football. He was part of the Brazilian national team squad that won the four-time world championship at the 1994 FIFA World Cup in the United States, acting as an option in the attack of the team led by Carlos Alberto Parreira. In Europe, he had a standout spell at Bayern Munich, where he won titles in the German Championship, in addition to playing for Borussia Dortmund, establishing himself as one of the successful Brazilians in German football in the 1990s.
