Pepe Reina
Pepe Reina is one of the most respected Spanish goalkeepers of his generation, known for his quick reflexes and leadership in defense. Formed through Barcelona's youth categories, he gained international projection at Liverpool, where he became one of the best goalkeepers in the Premier League during the 2000s. European and world champion for the Spanish national team during the peak of the 'Golden Generation' between 2008 and 2012, Reina was a luxury backup behind Iker Casillas, but contributed decisively to the team's winning cycle.
