Racheal Kundananji
Racheal Kundananji is a Zambian striker who has become one of the main references in African women's football over the past decade, known for her speed and goal-scoring instinct. She gained international prominence at the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games by scoring the winning goal for Zambia against the Netherlands, one of the most surprising results in Olympic women's football. After impressive performances defending Madrid CFF in Spain, her transfer to Bay FC, from the North American NWSL league, in 2023, became the most expensive in women's football history at that time. Kundananji continues to be a key player for the Zambian National Team, helping the country establish itself among the emerging powers of African women's football.
