Rosana
Rosana dos Santos Augusto was born in São Paulo on July 7, 1982, and is one of the players with the most diverse trophy collection in the history of women's football worldwide. Left-footed, she played as a left-back and also as a midfielder, making her professional debut for São Paulo in 1997 before starting an 18-year career with the Brazilian National Team in 2000. Throughout her club career, Rosana played for Brazilian teams such as Corinthians, Internacional, Centro Olímpico, São José, Santos, Ferroviária, and Palmeiras, in addition to remarkable stints abroad with SV Neulengbach (Austria), Sky Blue FC (United States), Olympique Lyonnais (France), Avaldsnes IL (Norway), Paris Saint-Germain (France), and North Carolina Courage (United States). For the Brazilian National Team, she competed in four FIFA Women's World Cups and four Olympic Games, winning silver medals at Athens 2004 and Beijing 2008, as well as finishing as runner-up in the 2007 World Cup in China. In 2019, she was honored by FIFA as one of the legends of women's football worldwide. After retiring as a player, she continued in football as a coach, having managed Flamengo and taken over Palmeiras in professional women's football.
