Ruud Gullit

Ruud Gullit was one of the most complete and versatile players in football history, capable of playing as a striker, midfielder and even defender with equal proficiency. At AC Milan, he formed alongside Marco van Basten and Frank Rijkaard one of the most lethal attacking trios in history, winning two European titles. Winner of the Ballon d'Or in 1987, Gullit also led the Netherlands to victory at the 1988 Euros, the only major international title for his national team. After retiring as a player, he became a manager and led Chelsea to win the FA Cup in 1997.
