Santiago Gimenez is a Mexican striker who stood out at Feyenoord, in the Netherlands, after starting his career at Cruz Azul. Son of former player Christian Gimenez, he built a reputation as one of the most promising center-forwards in North America. Developed in Cruz Azul's youth categories, he transferred to European football in 2022, when he signed with Feyenoord. At the Dutch club, he became a top scorer and a fundamental player in the conquest of the Eredivisie, drawing attention from major European clubs.
