Telmo Zarra is the greatest goalscorer in the history of the Spanish national team (for a long time) and one of the legends of twentieth-century European football. He played his entire life for Athletic Club Bilbao, where he became the club's greatest goalscorer and one of the greatest in the Spanish League. Top scorer at the 1950 World Cup, when he scored the historic goal that eliminated England.
