Victor Osimhen

Victor Osimhen is the most prominent African striker of his generation. Born in Lagos, Nigeria, he grew up in humble conditions and developed his skills playing on the streets before being discovered by organized football. His explosive athleticism, remarkable speed, finishing ability, and aerial prowess made him one of the most feared center forwards in the world. After spells in Belgium and Germany, he stood out at Napoli, where he was instrumental in the club's historic Serie A title in 2022-23 — the first in 33 years. He was named CAF African Player of the Year in 2023. In 2024, he was loaned to Galatasaray, where he continued to score goals with impressive frequency.
