History
Águia de Marabá was founded in 1975 and quickly became a relevant force in football in the interior of Pará, competing in the Pará Championship regularly since the decades following its foundation. The club has competed in national competitions such as Series D of the Brazilian Championship, representing the city of Marabá at the national level and helping to spread football in the southeastern region of the state of Pará. Throughout its history, Águia has established itself as a traditional club in the Pará interior, maintaining regional rivalries and serving as a training ground for players for larger clubs in the state.
