History

Founded in 1927 in the city of Jeddah, Al-Ittihad is one of the oldest and most popular clubs in Saudi football, with one of the largest fan bases in the country. The club has won the AFC Champions League twice, in addition to numerous Saudi Championship titles, establishing itself as a historical powerhouse in the region. In recent years, Al-Ittihad has gained even more international projection by signing world stars for the Saudi Pro League.
