History

Audax Paulista was founded in 1913 and established itself as one of the main forces in football in the interior of São Paulo. For decades, it competed in the Campeonato Paulista and also participated in national competitions. The club is known for its passionate fan base and its ability to develop players. In the 1970s and 1980s, Audax had its best period with appearances in higher divisions of the Campeonato Brasileiro.
