Bahia Women

Bahia Women's Football Club is the women's football team of the traditional Bahian club, created to represent Bahia in regional and national women's competitions.

History

Bahia's women's team was established in the early 2020s, following the professionalization movement of women's football in major Brazilian clubs. Since its creation, the team competes in the Bahia Women's Championship and women's national football access competitions, also serving as a showcase for young talents developed by the club. Bahia Women's is part of the club's multi-sport project, seeking gradual advancement in the national women's divisions.
