Sport Clube de Braga is one of the most representative clubs in northern Portugal and a growing force in European football. Founded in 1921, the club regularly competes in European competitions and is known for its iconic stadium, built within a quarry. History
SC Braga reached the UEFA Europa League final in 2011, becoming only the fourth Portuguese club to reach a European final. The club won its first Portuguese Cup in 1966 and has since expanded its record with more national titles. In recent decades, Braga has established itself as the fourth major force in Portuguese football, regularly competing for the top positions in the league. The municipal stadium, inaugurated in 2003 for Euro 2004, is considered one of the most beautiful arenas in the world.
