History

Capivariano Futebol Clube was founded in 1949 in the city of Capivari, in the interior of São Paulo. Throughout its history, the club alternated between participation in the Second and Third Divisions of the São Paulo Championship, establishing itself as one of the main teams in the region. The team had outstanding moments in regional competitions, contributing to the development of athletes who later played for clubs of greater prominence in the São Paulo and national scenario. Currently, Capivariano maintains youth team activities and competes in amateur and semi-professional tournaments in the Campinas region.
