Concordia Athletic Club

Concordia Athletic Club is a team from Santa Catarina founded in the mid-20th century, based in the city of Concordia, in western Santa Catarina. It is one of the traditional clubs in the lower divisions of the Catarinense Championship.

History

Founded in 1946 in the city of Concordia, in western Santa Catarina, the club was born from the community's passion for amateur football in the region, which later evolved into official competitions organized by the Catarinense Football Federation. Throughout its trajectory, the Rooster has been present in several editions of the lower divisions of the Catarinense state championship. The club is known for developing players for larger teams in Santa Catarina, serving as one of the foundations of football in the interior of the state. Its supporters maintain a tradition of support for youth categories and the main team in regional competitions. In recent years, Concordia Athletic Club has remained focused on state lower division competitions, seeking to regain its place among the main Catarinense clubs.
