Peruvian club founded in Cusco that rapidly ascended through the divisions of national football in the last decade.

History

Cusco FC was founded in 2013 in the historic city of Cusco with the objective of representing the region in Peruvian professional football. The club rose through the divisions at an accelerated pace, reaching Liga 1 (first division) and achieving participation in continental tournaments organized by Conmebol. Playing at Garcilaso de la Vega Stadium, the team became one of the representatives of the interior of the country on the national stage, historically dominated by Lima clubs. Management sought partnerships and investments to consolidate the sports base in the Andean region.
