Red Bull Bragantino
Brazilian club from São Paulo that reformed from 2019 onwards with Red Bull's investment, becoming a prominent figure in Brazilian football.
History
Founded in 1928 as Clube Atlético Bragantino, the club had a modest trajectory in São Paulo football for decades, alternating between state divisions. In 2019, Red Bull acquired control of the club, promoting deep structural changes in management, youth development and player recruitment. The partnership elevated Bragantino to a new competitive level, with access to Serie A of the Campeonato Brasileiro and participation in continental competitions such as the Copa Sudamericana, won in 2023. The club became a reference in developing young talents and analytical scouting methods. Currently, Massa Bruta is recognized for its offensive playing identity and the revelation of players later traded to European clubs.
