Grêmio Novorizontino

A football club from São Paulo that rose to the national scene in the 2020s, competing in Serie B and continental competitions.

History

Grêmio Novorizontino was founded in 1974 in the city of Novo Horizonte, in the interior of São Paulo, and for decades competed in regional competitions without major national prominence. From 2018 onwards, the club began investing in infrastructure and youth development, achieving promotion to higher divisions of São Paulo and national football. In 2023 and 2024, the Tiger consolidated its position in Serie B of the Brazilian Championship, while also competing in the Copa Sudamericana, impressing with its organization and financial planning.
