Iranduba Sports Club
Amazonian club known mainly for its women's team, one of the most successful women's football teams in Brazil during the 2010s.
History
Founded in the municipality of Iranduba, in Amazonas, the club gained national prominence through its women's department, which brought together outstanding players, including Marta, and competed in high-level national and South American competitions between 2011 and 2013. The Iranduba women's team won the Brazilian Women's Championship in 2012 and 2013, as well as state titles, becoming a reference in women's football in the North Region of the country. The men's team competed in regional and national competitions in lower divisions, but it was women's football that consolidated the club's name on the Brazilian scene.
