Nacional Atlético Clube

Football club from the city of Encantado, in the Vale do Taquari region, Rio Grande do Sul, with a long tradition in regional and state Gaucho competitions.

History

Nacional Atlético Clube was founded in the early twentieth century in the Vale do Taquari region, becoming one of the main sports organizations in the interior of Rio Grande do Sul. The club competed in several editions of the access divisions of the Campeonato Gaúcho throughout its history. In certain periods, the club managed to compete in national access competitions, representing the interior of Rio Grande do Sul in the scenario of Brazilian football in lower divisions. Today, Nacional de Encantado maintains activities in youth categories and in amateur football in the region, being a local sports symbol.
