Naviraiense Sports Club is a Brazilian football club from the city of Naviraí, in Mato Grosso do Sul, founded on November 25, 2005. It is one of the main representatives of the interior of the state in the Mato Grosso do Sul Championship.

History

Naviraiense Sports Club was founded on November 25, 2005, in the city of Naviraí, in the southern region of Mato Grosso do Sul, playing its matches at the José Cândido dos Santos Viroti Stadium, known as Virotão. The club won its first major title in 2007, by winning Series B of the Mato Grosso do Sul Championship, guaranteeing access to the state football elite. The great moment in Naviraiense's history came in 2009, when the club won the title of the Mato Grosso do Sul Football Championship by defeating Ivinhema in the final, establishing itself as one of the main clubs in the state in that decade. Since then, Naviraiense remains as one of the traditional clubs in the interior football of Mato Grosso do Sul, regularly competing in tournaments organized by the Mato Grosso do Sul Football Federation (FFMS).
