Founded in 1973 in the city of Novo Horizonte, in the interior of São Paulo, Novorizontino spent decades competing in regional competitions before gaining national projection. The club achieved unprecedented access to Serie A of the Brasileirão in 2024, becoming a symbol of the rise of interior São Paulo football. The Jorge Ismael de Biasi Stadium, affectionately nicknamed Jorjão, is the stage for great celebrations with the local supporters.
