History

Operário Central was founded in 1912 in the city of Ponta Grossa, in the interior of Paraná, one of the oldest clubs in the Campos Gerais region. Throughout its trajectory, it participated in state championships in lower divisions, contributing to the formation of local players. Despite never having achieved full professionalism at the national level, the club preserves its historic headquarters and remains active in amateur competitions and youth categories in the state of Paraná.
