Historic team from São Paulo that was important in the first decades of São Paulo football. Operário SC had a presence in state competitions between 1910 and 1950.

History

Founded in 1912, Operário Football Club was born from the mobilization of workers in the central region of São Paulo, representing the working class of that time. The club won several titles of the Campeonato Paulista in the 1910s and 1920s, establishing itself as one of the state's leading powers. It actively participated in São Paulo football during the amateur period, contributing to the formation of the region's competitive landscape. Despite its disappearance in the 1950s, Operário left an important legacy in the history of São Paulo football and in the roots of Brazilian amateur football.
