Paciência FC
Paciência FC is a traditional Rio-based club founded in 1913, an active participant in the early state championships of Rio de Janeiro. It represents an important part of Fluminense football history in the first decades of the twentieth century.
History
Founded in 1913 as one of the first organized clubs in northern Rio, Paciência FC regularly participated in Rio state championships. Its stadium, General Severiano, hosted important matches in Fluminense football history. The club had its heyday in the decades from 1910 to 1950, being a reference in the northern region of Rio. Although it has reduced its activities over the years, it remains an important symbol of Rio's football tradition.
