Porto Vitória Football Club was founded in 2013 in the capital of Espírito Santo with a modern proposal, centered on player development and professional management. Within a few years, the club structured competitive youth categories and entered professional football in Espírito Santo. The club gained national projection by competing in editions of the São Paulo Junior Football Cup, the main showcase of Brazilian youth football, revealing players who sparked interest from Serie A clubs. In the professional sphere, Porto Vitória consolidated itself in the first division of the Campeonato Capixaba, hosting its matches at Kleber Andrade Stadium in Cariacica, and competing for spots in national competitions, such as the Copa do Brasil and Serie D.
