One of the most traditional clubs in Piauí football, based in Teresina with an extensive history in the Piauí State Championship.

History

Founded at the beginning of the 20th century in Teresina, Quatro de Julho is one of the oldest and most traditional clubs in the state of Piauí, with one of the largest fan bases in the Piauí capital. Throughout its history, the club has accumulated several state titles, being one of the main protagonists of the Piauí State Championship in different decades, as well as competing in national competitions of lower divisions organized by the CBF. The club maintains a strong connection with the local community and continues to compete in the main competitions of Piauí football.
