History

Founded in 1902 in Madrid, the club built its legend in the 1950s and 1960s with five consecutive European Cup wins, having Di Stéfano and Puskás as icons. In the 2000s, the era of the Galácticos brought Zidane, Ronaldo, Beckham and Figo to the Bernabéu. Between 2016 and 2022, the club experienced a golden era in the Champions League under Carlo Ancelotti and Zinedine Zidane as coaches, winning five European titles in seven years.
