History
Founded in 1912 in the northwest region of Espírito Santo, Real Noroeste built its trajectory as one of the oldest clubs in the state, representing cities such as São Gabriel da Palha and Águia Branca throughout its history. The club went through different phases of administrative restructuring, establishing itself as a reference in football from the interior of Espírito Santo. Throughout the decades, Real Noroeste alternated participations between the divisions of the Campeonato Capixaba, developing athletes who later competed in competitions in other states. The local fan base maintains a strong connection with the club, which serves as a talent pipeline for football in Espírito Santo. In recent years, the club continued to compete in state tournaments, with the objective of recovering its position among the main forces in Espírito Santo football, keeping alive the centennial tradition of the institution.
