Realidade Jovem Football Club

Brazilian club dedicated to women's football, based in Realeza, in the interior of Paraná. It is one of the representatives of interior Paraná in the national divisions of women's football.

History

Realidade Jovem Football Club was born from the initiative of sports leaders in southwestern Paraná who sought to give visibility to women's football in a region historically focused on grassroots men's football. Since its foundation, the club invested in the formation of women's youth categories as a gateway to professional football. Over the years, the club began to compete in competitions organized by the Paraná Football Federation and, in certain seasons, competitions of national scope, contributing to the development of women's football outside the major centers of the country. Despite modest infrastructure compared to traditional Brazilian women's football clubs, Realidade Jovem consolidated itself as a regional reference for athletes from the interior of Paraná seeking the opportunity to pursue a career in the sport.
