History
Founded in 1913 in the city of Vitória, Rio Branco Atlético Clube is one of the oldest and most traditional teams in Capixaba football, having won numerous state championships throughout the twentieth century. The club experienced its heyday between the 1930s and 1980s, a period in which it regularly and successfully competed in the Campeonato Capixaba, forming historic rivalries with other clubs in the state. Despite financial ups and downs in recent decades, Rio Branco maintains a strong historical identity and continues to be a reference in Espírito Santo football.
