Roda JC Kerkrade

Roda JC is a Dutch football club based in Kerkrade, in the south of the Netherlands. The team regularly competes in the Dutch First Division (Eredivisie).

History

Founded in 1962 as a result of the merger of two local clubs, Roda JC secured its place as one of the traditional clubs of the Eredivisie. The club had its best performances in the 1980s and 1990s, frequently competing in the Dutch League and participating in European competitions.
